CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

IN CONSIDERATION of YOU  being selected for and being permitted to participate in a project for the providing of advice and assistance to your businesses, and non-profit or government organizations --- and thus receiving the potential enhanced revenue streams and lower (hidden) cost which will result from, We at PERVIEW agree as follows:

  1. PERVIEW agrees that we will treat in strict and absolute confidence all information received by us from your organization or persons  associated with it. The only exception of this commitment will be another member of of the Project Team and the PERVIEW Project Director and/or other participating consulting or coaching assistants) or staff members of PERVIEW who will be intervenors in the projects resulting.
  2. All information of a confidential nature is the property of your organization. All reports, at the end of the consultation period, belongs to you the client. PERVIEW may not redistribute the report in any form.
  3. We do request that your provide testimonials about our service.
